The great news is that my Webasto is fully functioning again. Thanks to Steve at Kings Lock.
His words were confident - 'It will be working before I leave'!
Phrases like this are rare in the after sales world. Its usually 'send it back to us we will diagnose the fault and see if its repairable.
None of that with Steve. He literally went out of his way, some 170 miles each way to repair my heating.
He really knows what he is doing and is genuinely a nice guy. So many technicians moan and complain etc etc etc, but not him. He shared his expertise and worked very quickly.
He even called me today to check everything was ok with the system.
I didn't know he also sells and fits stoves. I'm not sure how much business you do with kings lock but out of all the people I've met who work on the canal he is by far the best I've come across.
